From the front desk to the PA that I saw, everyone at this location is so kind. I went in to my appointment feeling extremely worried and came out feeling relieved and taken care of. Ms. Yancey listened to my concerns and took the time to talk me through everything until I felt comfortable.

I've been to a few CAHN facilities over the past year and have had pleasant experiences with all of them so far. The nurses at the front are very friendly and nice to work with. The physician I've been seeing has spent plenty of time with me answering questions and I've never felt rushed by them like I have with other doctor's in the past.

I had the worst experience at capital area health network being seen by DR DIANE REYNOLDS CANE. I came in experiencing heavy symptoms of depression and anxiety and wanted to get a complete physical to rule out any possible organic causes. I was already very upset and nervous and Dr. Cane made me feel 10x worse…. She dismissed my concerns and made me feel absolutely INSANE. She practically threw me out of her office without proper follow up procedure and literally told me “ you need a psychiatrist, I’m not a psychiatrist “ smh it was horrible.

Appointment was at 1:00pm today arrived 15 minutes early on top of that i called and they said they were on lunch break ..( why set my appintment at 1:00 then ) the stuff are friendly but you will be waiting for a long time just to be seen by doctor so there is really no need to show up on time

Don't worry about showing up on time for an appointment, you will undoubtedly be waiting for a long time. Waited over 2 hours to be seen, as did the 4 other patients waiting alongside me I'm the waiting room. Good luck.
